In doing so, we are guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

The specific implementation in the respective areas is approached in line with the ESG guidelines:

"E" for Environment: We support the careful use of resources in the office or the use of public transport.

"S" for Social: We support employees in further training, flexible working, pro bono mandates or voluntary work in professional organisations.

"G" for Governance: We follow the industry standard "Code of Lisbon" from PR Suisse (German, French or Italian) and attach great importance to IT security and data protection.

Core elements of sustainable corporate governance that are important and relevant for IRF are defined. The importance and relevance are reflected in our own self-image as well as in the expectations and needs of customers, employees and the market.
