Communication does not always stick to office hours, as we all know. Being there for our clients and responding quickly at crucial moments is therefore part of our job. This requires flexibility, reliability and personal commitment – but not round the clock. We believe it is important to strike a balance between performance and a sustainable working environment. We support the professional and personal development of our staff, create scope for individual responsibility and foster a culture in which collaboration doesn’t end with the next client project. We occasionally enjoy a bit of fun after 6 pm – and sometimes even before then.
