Why IRF?

We challenge. And we support.

Being available to our clients and responding quickly in an emergency is part of the job. Flexibility and full commitment when it matters are important to us. But we do not demand self-sacrifice. IRF employees have annualised working hours and are encouraged to compensate overtime. They are encouraged to continue their education. After five years at IRF, you get a sabbatical. We also do something fun after 6 p.m. from time to time - and occasionally before then as well.
