René Weber has more than 30 years of experience in financial analysis, mainly of Swiss companies. At Bank Vontobel in Zurich, he was responsible for the luxury goods/watch industry, food & beverage and retail sectors. He was also involved in various IPO/M&A transactions. At the Swiss Association of Financial Analysts and Asset Managers, he was a member of the "Shareholder Information" committee for several years. At the Bank Vontobel, he was also member of the Board of Trustees of the Employee Benefits Foundation for 15 years.
René Weber studied at the Höhere Wirtschafts- und Verwaltungsschule in St. Gallen and completed further management training at the University of Zurich on the subject of financial management and management accounting.
