Marina Winder appointed Partner at IRF
IRF, a leading consultancy for strategic communication, is strengthening its circle of partners with Marina Winder (42) as of 1 January 2025. With her extensive experience in corporate communications, as a journalist and as a consultant, Marina Winder has been a trusted advisor to companies, institutions, and senior executives for many years.
Marina Winder has worked in corporate communications, journalism and consultancy for over 20 years. She joined IRF two years ago. Her clients come from a wide range of sectors, including industry, the public sector, retail, property, hotels and restaurants, and financial institutions. She advises them on strategic positioning, reputation management, financial communications and media relations. Marina also works on capital market projects (IPOs and M&A) and assists clients with crisis communications. Before joining IRF, Marina Winder was a member of the Executive Board of Stadler Rail for almost seven years, where she was responsible for the General Secretariat and the Communications and PR department. Prior to that, she worked as a journalist for the Swiss Parliament and covered Swiss politics for the daily newspapers of NZZ Regionalmedien AG. Marina Winder has a wealth of experience in various roles at the interface between business, politics, the media and the public. She studied journalism, constitutional law and international relations at the University of Zurich.
